The pennyroyal herb is a grassy plant and the smallest member of the mint family, which can be easily detected from the strong aroma emitted by its crushed leaves. Pennyroyal is used for phlegm, respiratory disorders, jaundice, nausea, dropsy, toothache, leprosy, whooping cough, convulsions, sores in the mouth, colic, snakebites, expel after-birth, sore gums, fainting, fever, and gout. Purifies the blood, relieves gas and stomach pain and stimulates uterine contractions.



Echinacea is an herb. Several species of the Echinacea plant are used to make medicine from its leaves, flower, and root. This herb is widely used to fight infections, especially the common cold and other upper respiratory infection. Echinacea is also used against many other infections including the flu, urinary tract infections, vaginal yeast infections, genital herpes, bloodstream infections (septicemia), gum disease, tonsillitis, streptococcus infections, syphilis, typhoid, malaria, and diphtheria.



Lemon verbena is thus a fragrant herb with volatile oils that possesses a soothing effect. It strengthens the nervous system, aids in digestive disorders, minimizes fevers and eases colon spasms. It has anti-spasmodic, de-stressing and expectorant properties.

Pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
